How we work remotely

We run the project through video calls and shared drawings and models, so you don't need to be in Valencia to start. We move step by step, and you decide at each stage.

Concept boards. A curated visual direction showing the mood, atmosphere and design language of your future space.
Layout option. Clear floor plan proposals exploring different ways to organize furniture, circulation and functional zones.
Material direction. Suggested materials and finishes that define the tone of the project, as a starting point for the specifications.
Furniture style direction. A guide to the type of furniture that fits the concept: shapes, textures and styles, to inform the choice of each piece.

Full design dossier. A comprehensive document with all design elements, ready for contractors or suppliers to execute.
Detailed layouts. Finalized floor plans with precise furniture placement, circulation logic and spatial organization.
Material boards. A complete selection of materials and finishes, including colours, textures and samples that define the space.
Furniture, fixtures & equipment list. A detailed list of all selected items (furniture, lighting, décor, fabrics) with specifications and quantities.
Lighting plan. A functional and aesthetic lighting strategy, including fixture selection and placement.
3D visualizations. Photorealistic or conceptual renders that show exactly how the space will look once completed.

You can move directly into execution, handing the design package to contractors or suppliers.

Procurement guidance & oversight. Clear purchasing lists, review of supplier quotes and advice on quality, pricing and compatibility.
Supplier & contractor coordination support. We communicate design intent, review proposals and timelines and make sure the design is understood, while you remain the primary point of contact.
Installation review. We review progress during installation and check alignment with the design package.
Final handover package. A clear, organized summary of your completed project.

You execute the project smoothly, supported by expert advice, while remaining fully in control.

If you don't live in Valencia yet

With the Premium package we take care of what is hardest from abroad: we review supplier quotes, explain the design to contractors and review the installation. You remain the main point of contact and decide every step.

If the home needs a renovation that requires a permit, we prepare the technical documentation and coordinate it with the professional who signs for the permit and the works.

Fixed price

You tell us about the project, we define the deliverables and level of detail, and we send you a fixed price plus VAT within 2–3 working days.
